We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead brand growth, customer engagement, and marketing performance across a multi-brand portfolio. This executive leader will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving data-informed strategies, and shaping the long-term vision for our marketing organization. As a key member of the leadership team, this role will influence both local and national marketing strategies, partnering closely with franchisors and industry stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize impact. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry
  • Proven ability to lead both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • A hands-on, collaborative approach with a strong work ethic
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-brand marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and franchisor standards
  • Partner with national franchisor marketing teams to align campaigns and influence system-wide initiatives
  • Represent the organization in franchise marketing committees and co-ops
  • Lead localized marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and brand relevance across markets
  • Oversee all marketing channels including digital, social media, local store marketing, partnerships, and in-store activation
  • Direct marketing efforts for new restaurant openings, from pre-launch through sustained growth
  • Establish and lead a robust analytics framework to measure campaign performance, ROI, and customer insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations to ensure seamless execution at the restaurant level
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy and innovation
  • Partner with enterprise marketing leadership to align priorities, share insights, and scale best practices across brands
