About The Position

TouchCare is a healthcare concierge service dedicated to simplifying the complexities of health insurance and the healthcare system. By assigning each member a personal assistant, TouchCare helps resolve billing issues, coordinate with providers, and save individuals time and money. Committed to providing a healthier understanding of healthcare, TouchCare makes navigating healthcare more convenient and stress-free for its users. TouchCare is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing function that drives predictable growth. This role will partner directly with the executive team to evolve into a structured, marketing-driven growth engine. The marketing team is currently made up of creative and brand leader, a content writer, and an events manager. You will own the full funnel—from demand through pipeline and engagement—and operate as a true business partner to sales and leadership. This is a hands-on builder role. We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy and executing, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is energized by building from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in high-growth or VC-backed environments
  • Proven track record building marketing functions from early-stage to scalable growth engines
  • Experience transitioning from sales rep led sales to structured, repeatable systems powered by marketing efforts
  • Deep expertise in: Demand generation and pipeline ownership, Product marketing and commercialization, Customer/member engagement and lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tech stacks (Salesforce, Mailchimp, Heymarket , AI tools, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in broker or employer channels (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build & Scale the Growth Engine: Design and execute a full-funnel B2B growth strategy across demand generation and lifecycle marketing.
  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Establish clear KPIs, reporting, and operating cadence across the funnel.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure alignment on pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Own Go-To-Market: Translate complex healthcare navigation solutions into clear, differentiated, and compelling messaging.
  • Develop verticalized GTM strategies across employer and broker segments.
  • Partner with Design, Product, and Sales to launch and commercialize new offerings.
  • Drive Member Engagement & Retention: Build strategies that drive activation, engagement, and retention in a B2B2C model.
  • Ensure continuity from employer sale → member experience.
  • Partner with Client Success and Operations to optimize engagement and utilization.
  • Elevate Brand Reputation & Content: Establish TouchCare as a category leader in HealthTech and benefits navigation.
  • Build a content engine that supports demand generation, brand authority, and sales enablement.
  • Ensure consistency of voice, positioning, and storytelling across all channels.
  • Build & Lead the Team: Build, mentor, and scale a team across Content and Design.
  • Operate as a player-coach, stepping in where needed to drive execution.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Client Success, and Leadership.
