About The Position

The Vice President of Marketing will serve as MediStreams' senior marketing executive, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that accelerates brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. As the company's first dedicated marketing executive, this role presents a unique opportunity to build and scale a modern B2B marketing organization while directly influencing MediStreams' continued growth and market presence. This role oversees the full marketing lifecycle—from strategic planning and brand positioning to campaign execution, sales enablement, partner marketing, and performance analytics. Working closely with executive leadership, Sales, Product Management, and strategic partners, the Vice President of Marketing will establish scalable marketing programs that support both direct sales initiatives and channel partner growth. Ideal candidates are equal parts strategist and builder—capable of developing long-term go-to-market strategies while remaining hands-on in executing initiatives that produce measurable business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably within healthcare technology, healthcare payments, SaaS, or revenue cycle management
  • Proven success developing and scaling demand generation programs in high-growth organizations
  • Experience working within startup, early-stage, or high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and provider workflows
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and modern marketing automation platforms
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and marketing ROI
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

Responsibilities

  • Lead MediStreams' marketing strategy by building upon the company's existing marketing foundation and developing initiatives that support long-term business growth.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives by developing integrated campaigns that increase qualified marketing leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and improve conversion rates across direct and partner sales channels.
  • Strengthen MediStreams' brand presence by expanding thought leadership, increasing market awareness, and positioning the company as an industry leader within healthcare revenue cycle management and payment automation.
  • Develop sales enablement programs by collaborating with Sales and channel partners to create compelling collateral, presentations, messaging, and marketing resources.
  • Manage strategic channel marketing initiatives by partnering with banks, clearinghouses, EHR vendors, and other strategic partners to expand co-marketing opportunities and joint pipeline development.
  • Oversee marketing analytics and performance reporting by utilizing HubSpot and other marketing technologies to measure campaign effectiveness, marketing attribution, and return on investment.
  • Manage MediStreams' digital presence by overseeing website content, search engine optimization (SEO), performance metrics, and overall digital strategy.
  • Expand the company's marketing communications by leading social media strategy, public relations initiatives, content development, and brand messaging across multiple channels.
  • Plan and execute marketing events by coordinating conferences, webinars, trade shows, and partner events that strengthen brand recognition and business development opportunities.
  • Manage external marketing resources by coordinating agencies, contractors, freelancers, and other third-party vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the Marketing team by mentoring staff, establishing priorities, and creating a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
  • Continuously improve marketing effectiveness by evaluating emerging trends, technologies, and best practices that enhance campaign performance and organizational growth.
  • Support additional strategic marketing initiatives as needed by contributing to executive projects, cross-functional initiatives, and evolving business priorities.
