About The Position

The Vice President of Marketing & Growth will lead organizational growth by developing and executing strategic marketing and growth initiatives. This role is responsible for driving census growth, referral growth, and brand awareness across multiple clinic locations, as well as forecasting enrollment and supporting expansion into new markets. The position involves establishing KPIs and measuring marketing performance through data and analytics. Additionally, the VP will elevate the AB Spectrum and ReggioABA™ brands by overseeing public relations, executive communications, and media outreach, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. A key focus will be on driving digital marketing efforts, including SEO, website optimization, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and lead generation strategies, with the goal of improving conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment. The role also entails building community partnerships by strengthening relationships with physicians, schools, hospitals, universities, and community organizations, and developing referral growth strategies and community outreach initiatives. The VP will lead a high-performing team, including Marketing & Communications, Social Media & Content, Community Outreach, Creative Partners, Website & SEO Vendors, and Photographers & Videographers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Proven success leading multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation
  • Experience managing teams, agencies, and creative partners
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive decision-making
  • Passion for innovation, growth, and mission-driven work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another multi-location service organization preferred
  • Experience with physician outreach, referral development, and community partnerships preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Drive census growth, referral growth, and brand awareness across multiple clinic locations.
  • Forecast enrollment and support expansion into new markets.

  • Champion and protect the AB Spectrum and ReggioABA™ brands.
  • Oversee public relations, executive communications, and media outreach.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all digital and print platforms.

  • Improve conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and automation tools.
  • Strengthen relationships with physicians, schools, hospitals, universities, and community organizations.
  • Develop referral growth strategies and community outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate grand openings, networking events, and community engagement opportunities.
  • Build and mentor a collaborative marketing department while managing Marketing & Communications, Social Media & Content, Community Outreach, Creative Partners, Website & SEO Vendors, and Photographers & Videographers.
