About The Position

This role is responsible for defining and leading Signature Performance's enterprise marketing and brand strategy. The Vice President of Marketing will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, driving how the organization is positioned in the market, how it competes, and how it communicates value across its Federal and Provider business lines. The position involves translating corporate objectives into integrated go-to-market strategies, establishing marketing priorities and operating plans, and advising executive leadership on market dynamics. Key responsibilities include owning the enterprise brand and messaging, supporting business-line marketing efforts, leading growth marketing strategies, overseeing digital and content initiatives, managing marketing operations and analytics, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including experience leading marketing strategy, brand management, campaigns, content, digital channels, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting growth in a complex B2B, healthcare, government contracting, technology-enabled services, professional services, or similarly complex business environment.
  • Proven ability to develop enterprise messaging and business-line-specific positioning for distinct markets, buyers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with executive leaders, business development, sales, operations, product, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, content strategy, thought leadership, campaign development, digital marketing, marketing analytics, and sales enablement.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, tools, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent writing, editing, communication, project management, stakeholder management, and executive advisory skills.
  • Ability to translate complex services, technology, operations, regulatory requirements, and client challenges into clear, compelling, market-facing value propositions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect marketing work to growth, client engagement, market awareness, and enterprise strategy.
  • U.S. Citizenship or naturalized citizenship is required for this position.
  • All work on all positions at Signature Performance must be completed in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Healthcare administration, revenue cycle, claims, payer/provider operations, federal healthcare (VA, DHA, CMS), or government contracting experience.
  • Experience developing marketing strategy across multiple business lines, client segments, or market verticals.
  • Experience building marketing functions, operating models, governance processes, or scalable marketing infrastructure.
  • Experience developing executive thought leadership, market positioning, conference strategies, case studies, proof points, and sales enablement content.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the enterprise marketing vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned to organizational growth priorities.
  • Translate corporate objectives into integrated go-to-market strategies across Federal and Provider business lines.
  • Establish enterprise marketing priorities, investment strategy, performance expectations, and annual operating plans.
  • Advise executive leadership on market dynamics, competitive threats, buyer behavior, and emerging opportunities.
  • Lead and develop marketing leaders, teams, agencies, and strategic partners to deliver enterprise outcomes.
  • Own and steward the Signature Performance enterprise brand, ensuring consistent positioning across all internal and external channels.
  • Lead enterprise messaging architecture, ensuring clarity of value proposition across multiple buyer segments and markets.
  • Oversee corporate brand identity, tone, content standards, and market-facing materials.
  • Direct corporate reputation strategy, including executive visibility, thought leadership, and industry positioning.
  • Guide public-facing communications strategy in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Partner with Federal and Provider business-line leaders to understand market priorities, buyer needs, pipeline opportunities, competitive dynamics, and proof points.
  • Support business-line-specific messaging, campaigns, collateral, conference strategy, thought leadership, pursuit positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Ensure Federal and Provider marketing efforts remain aligned to Signature's enterprise brand while reflecting the distinct needs of each market.
  • Lead integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, pipeline growth, client engagement, and market expansion.
  • Partner with Business Development and executive leaders to design account-based marketing and strategic pursuit strategies.
  • Influence enterprise pipeline strategy through targeted campaigns, positioning, and buyer engagement strategies.
  • Lead conference, event, and executive visibility strategy, ensuring alignment to enterprise growth priorities.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
  • Oversee Signature's website, social media presence, digital campaigns, content strategy, email marketing, and search visibility.
  • Lead thought leadership strategy that strengthens Signature's credibility in healthcare administration, revenue cycle, federal healthcare, claims, technology, operational performance, and administrative cost reduction.
  • Translate complex services, technology, operations, and client challenges into clear, compelling, market-facing messages.
  • Establish and own clear processes for marketing intake, prioritization, review, approval, execution, and performance reporting.
  • Manage and oversee marketing budgets, vendor relationships, tools, and technology platforms to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Track and evaluate marketing performance, campaign results, digital engagement, event outcomes, and business impact.
  • Build executive-level dashboards and reporting that demonstrate marketing's contribution to growth and pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, scalability, automation, content reuse, and overall execution discipline.
  • Partner with executive leadership, business development, Federal, Provider, operations, product, innovation, talent, finance, compliance, and other stakeholders to align enterprise strategy.
  • Support business development, strategic partnerships, recruiting and employment brand initiatives, client experience, and enterprise reputation-building efforts.
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization so marketing functions as a strategic partner to the enterprise and the business lines.
