Vice President of Human Resources

Tiberius AerospaceTucson, AZ

About The Position

The Vice President of Human Resources will serve as a critical member of the executive team, shaping Tiberius Aerospace’s people strategy as the company continues its growth. This leader will architect and scale HR operations, foster a high-performance and mission-driven culture, and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in strategic HR leadership within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, hardware, or other operationally intensive environments. This person should be equally comfortable advising senior leadership, strengthening culture, driving accountability, and building the HR foundation needed to scale a world-class defense manufacturer.
