About The Position

The Vice President of Human Resources is a key member of the leadership team responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global people strategy. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), this executive partners with senior leadership to align talent, organizational capability, and culture with business goals.

This role provides strategic oversight of the full HR function, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Rewards, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, Compliance, and Organizational Development. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR leader with global experience, a strong business mindset, and a proven track record supporting growth, transformation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
• Experience leading global HR strategy in a growth-oriented organization.
• Proven success partnering with executive leadership on organizational transformation and business performance.
• Significant experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integration.
• Experience overseeing payroll, benefits, compensation, and total rewards strategy.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.
• Deep knowledge of workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation.
• Lead enterprise people strategy, including workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
• Shape and champion a high-performance culture, employee experience, and leadership capability across the organization.
• Provide executive oversight of HR strategy, governance, compliance, and key people metrics.
• Oversee total rewards, payroll, and benefits strategy to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the people strategy for mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integration, including change management and culture alignment.
• Develop and support a strong HR leadership team capable of executing the company’s operational priorities.
