We are seeking a Vice President of Finance - North America for our Corporate Office in Smyrna, Tennessee. Summary: Responsible for overseeing all financial activities across the region, driving financial strategy, performance management, and operational scalability. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and serves as a key strategic partner to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in FP&A, EBITDA management, and operational finance.
  • Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and directs the team responsible for gathering and interpreting financial data to assist in corporate financial decisions.
  • Uses data analysis to identify new investment, merger, or acquisition opportunities for the organization.
  • Focus on forecasting funding requirements, structuring financing solutions, and managing risk.
  • Manage the organization's cash portfolio to ensure efficient access to capital while optimizing liquidity.
  • May lead negotiations with principals and others.
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
  • Oversee budgeting, variance analysis, EBITDA and Cash performance.
  • Partner with operations to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
  • Ensure compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
  • Provide financial insights and reporting to executive leadership.
  • Drive efficiency by implementing AI tools to reduce / eliminate simple or redundant tasks.
