We are seeking a Vice President of Finance - North America for our Corporate Office in Smyrna, Tennessee. Summary: Responsible for overseeing all financial activities across the region, driving financial strategy, performance management, and operational scalability. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and serves as a key strategic partner to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- 10–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in FP&A, EBITDA management, and operational finance.
- Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Leads and directs the team responsible for gathering and interpreting financial data to assist in corporate financial decisions.
- Uses data analysis to identify new investment, merger, or acquisition opportunities for the organization.
- Focus on forecasting funding requirements, structuring financing solutions, and managing risk.
- Manage the organization's cash portfolio to ensure efficient access to capital while optimizing liquidity.
- May lead negotiations with principals and others.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
- Oversee budgeting, variance analysis, EBITDA and Cash performance.
- Partner with operations to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
- Ensure compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
- Provide financial insights and reporting to executive leadership.
- Drive efficiency by implementing AI tools to reduce / eliminate simple or redundant tasks.
