About The Position

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Vice President of Finance Operations will lead and optimize all aspects of financial operations and revenue cycle management—with emphasis on Order-to-Cash and FP&A—using modern ERP, planning, BI, workflow/RPA, and analytics tools such as Python and advanced Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot as well as AI tools) to drive efficiency, predictability, and scalability. HealthDrive delivers on-site dentistry, optometry, podiatry, audiology, behavioral health, and primary care services to residents in long-term care, skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities. Requirements

• Master's in Business Administration or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum of 24 months of experience in finance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with modern ERP, planning, BI, workflow/RPA, and analytics tools such as Python and advanced Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot as well as AI tools).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement operational enhancements to improve financial performance, such as risk-tiered collections to reduce DSO, machine-learning forecasting techniques to lift accuracy, and standardized reconciliations.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with aggressive growth plans and operating goals, including new business expansion, organic growth and M&A/PMI support, translating strategy into measurable outcomes in growth, margin, and cash.
• Continuously drive improvement within Finance & Accounting by instituting an operating playbook with cadences/KPIs/RACI, running retros and root-cause reviews, A/B testing process changes, iterating standard work, and targeted upskilling/coaching to lock in gains in cycle time, accuracy, and cash conversion.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO and leadership to ensure financial and operational strategies support overall business objectives and PE value-creation plans, delivering clear, board-ready insights and decision options.
• Supervise Cash Application Supervisor and Specialists.
