About The Position

PopStroke is seeking a Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead the brand’s digital growth strategy and oversee how guests discover, engage with, and return to PopStroke across every digital touchpoint. This role serves as the senior leader responsible for PopStroke’s digital ecosystem — including performance marketing, digital acquisition, CRM strategy, website experience, membership growth support, digital guest engagement, analytics, and marketing technology. The VP of Digital Marketing will partner closely with executive leadership to scale the brand’s digital presence as PopStroke continues its rapid national expansion. This leader will oversee a small team of digital, social and creative team members. This role is ideal for a modern digital executive who thrives in fast-growing consumer brands, understands how to blend brand and performance marketing, and can build scalable digital infrastructure that drives measurable business results.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience within hospitality, entertainment, QSR, retail, or consumer-facing brands
  • Experience leading multi-channel digital marketing strategies at scale
  • Strong background in performance marketing, CRM, digital acquisition, and analytics
  • Experience managing paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms
  • Experience overseeing website strategy, conversion optimization, and digital guest journeys
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology, attribution, and digital analytics

Responsibilities

  • Lead PopStroke’s Digital Marketing Strategy: Own and evolve the company’s overall digital marketing vision and roadmap. Lead the strategy behind how PopStroke acquires, engages, retains, and communicates with guests digitally across all channels.
  • Own the Digital Growth Engine: Serve as the executive leader responsible for digital acquisition, performance marketing, website engagement, CRM strategy, loyalty and membership marketing support, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead Paid Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, streaming, programmatic, and emerging platforms. Ensure campaigns are optimized to maximize ROI, guest traffic, memberships, and revenue growth.
  • Drive Website & Digital Experience: Oversee PopStroke’s digital front door, including website strategy, UX, content architecture, conversion optimization, and overall guest experience across digital platforms.
  • Partner Closely with Technology & Data Teams: Work hand-in-hand with technology and analytics teams to improve digital infrastructure, marketing technology, guest data integration, attribution, automation, personalization, and reporting capabilities.
  • Oversee CRM & Guest Lifecycle Marketing: Lead digital communication strategies that strengthen guest retention, increase repeat visitation, and deepen engagement through email, SMS, app engagement, loyalty, and membership-related campaigns.
  • Lead Analytics & Digital Insights: Use data to guide decision-making across campaigns, customer behavior, digital traffic patterns, attribution, and guest engagement. Build reporting structures and KPIs that provide visibility into performance and growth opportunities.
  • Manage Social & Content Leadership: Lead and support the Director of Social & Content, who owns PopStroke’s social media channels, content strategy, influencer partnerships, creative storytelling, and day-to-day social engagement.
  • Support Brand Expansion: Partner with executive leadership as PopStroke enters new markets and launches new venues, ensuring digital marketing strategies support both local market growth and national brand awareness.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with operations, membership, culinary, technology, and venue teams to ensure digital marketing supports the full guest experience both online and in-venue.
