Datmos is hiring a VP of Delivery! Reporting to the SVP Operations, the Vice President of Delivery oversees all client projects and ensures the successful execution of various mandates. This leader plays a central role in the profitability of our service lines while ensuring the technical quality and operational efficiency of the teams. Your mission will be to transform our strategic vision into a high-performing, scalable, and profitable delivery organization, while fostering a sustainable high-performance culture. We are looking for an impactful leader a true catalyst for change capable of shifting mindsets and guiding teams toward new standards of excellence. Comfortable operating in fast-evolving environments, you will lead the transformation of our production models, particularly through the integration of AI, and rally talent around these new ways of working. You will also ensure rigorous management of operational metrics and risks in order to support sustainable and controlled growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations or eCommerce service delivery, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record leading successful organizational or technological transformations
  • Strong ability to interpret cost structures and financial KPIs to drive critical business decisions
  • Demonstrated collaborative yet demanding leadership style, with experience coaching senior-level talent to achieve high performance. Strong ability to align and motivate multidisciplinary teams in the context of business model transformation
  • Proven ability to leverage technology and AI to drive operational gains and enhance service quality
  • Expertise in leveraging production data and financial trends to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
  • Deep expertise overseeing complex eCommerce project delivery, platforms, and specialized services (PXM, PIM, Data)
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • strong French proficiency is highly preferred to support collaboration with teams and clients across North America
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Own the full delivery lifecycle across all service lines (eCommerce, PXM, Data & AI, Design, etc.)
  • Lead the transition from a time-and-materials model to fixed-fee, outcome-based delivery
  • Embed AI into production workflows to increase velocity, reduce operational costs, and protect margins
  • Define and enforce KPIs that ensure quality, efficiency, predictability, and on-time delivery
  • Act as the escalation point for active client engagements
  • Directly coach and support Directors of Account & Delivery, the Director of Engineering, and Solution Architects in their day-to-day execution
  • Partner with the VP Digital Strategy & Client Solutions to ensure seamless sales-to-delivery handoffs
  • Maintain strong proximity with strategic clients to ensure alignment, trust, and proactive issue management
  • Monitor margins across all projects and proactively identify risks before they become critical
  • Ensure all contracts are viable, deliverable, and profitable prior to production kickoff
  • Optimize resource allocation across teams to maximize skill development, resource utilization, and protect gross margin targets
  • Maintain overall accountability for delivery profitability and operational cost discipline
  • Build and sustain a performance- and results-driven culture while preserving employee engagement and well-being
  • Lead transformation initiatives related to AI adoption and new delivery methodologies
  • Design and evolve incentive structures to align individual performance, business objectives, and value creation
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across delivery teams
