Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Associate degree (2-year degree)
Responsibilities
- Drive premium revenue by expanding and optimizing the company's distribution network.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic relationships with retail brokers, wholesale agents, and logistics industry associations.
- Manage current relationship correspondence and follow-throughs.
- Work alongside the underwriting team to organize finalization of leads and renewals.
- Execute targeted sales strategies.
- Align distribution efforts with the MGA’s logistics underwriting appetite.
- Onboard new agency partners.
- Track channel performance metrics to maximize market penetration and profitability.
