About The Position

The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the strategic development and execution of all marketing, website, branding, social media, design, and initiatives for the company. This role focuses on driving brand growth, enhancing customer engagement, and helps to develop and support overall business strategies. The VP of Marketing is instrumental in setting the tone for the brand's presence in the marketplace and cultivating a deep connection with the community and the customers within it. This position requires a creative, results-driven leader who is passionate about influencing the company's future trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the company's marketing strategies to drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, events, and public relations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, ensuring the company's message is consistent and impactful across all platforms.
  • Direct market research efforts to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts align with business needs and objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support in executing campaigns and advancing their professional development.
  • Ensure that brand messaging aligns with the company’s values and resonates with target audiences.
  • Take ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize return on investment.
  • Spearhead the development of customer retention strategies, improving lifetime value and enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and in external communications, ensuring the brand is positioned as a leader in the field.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop lead-generation strategies and support sales efforts through marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and execute high-impact marketing initiatives and strategies that support business growth and customer engagement.
  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for brand differentiation and market positioning.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external partners, including but not limited to, agencies, media outlets, influencers, and marketing research groups, to enhance the company’s marketing reach.
  • Monitor marketing trends, consumer behavior, and industry shifts to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
  • Build and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that integrate with sales and product strategies to drive demand generation.
  • Maintain brand integrity across all marketing channels and initiatives.
  • Oversee the development of all creative assets, ensuring they align with brand guidelines, uphold high creative standards, and resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure that marketing programs are executed on time, within budget, and meet KPIs and business goals.
  • Review and approve all marketing content before distribution, ensuring alignment with overall messaging and objectives.
  • Oversee the Websites and industry with industry events for Hutton and ModWash. ModWash is part of each event that Hutton attends. We utilize one Booth. ModWash has industry events that Hutton attends with ModWash.
