The Vice President, New Business Integration enables scalable growth across new global business lines and the North America market through adaptive integration, controlled flexibility, and cross-functional capability orchestration. This role serves as the strategic bridge between entrepreneurial business growth and scalable company capabilities, enabling rapid expansion while maintaining operational effectiveness and long-term strategic direction. The role translates evolving business needs into prioritized and scalable solutions, balancing speed, flexibility, governance, and operational maturity while aligning capabilities with market realities and business growth needs. By connecting Commercial, Product & Service Management, Operations, Production, Logistics, PMO, IT, and shared functions, the role drives the development of integrated and scalable company capabilities, focusing on new business lines globally and the North America market. As the company, business lines, and growth priorities continue to evolve, this role will naturally expand and adapt over time, offering a unique opportunity to help shape scalable capabilities and long-term operating models while remaining a critical leadership role supporting the company’s future growth. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works closely with North America leadership and Global Business Line leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field required; MBA or relevant master’s preferred
  • 10–15+ years of experience in operations, business scaling, transformation, product/service environments, supply chain, PMO, or general management, with a proven track record of scaling businesses across markets and/or business lines, including operating model transformation and scalable capability integration while balancing structure and flexibility.
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen with the ability to translate business strategies into scalable execution and value creation
  • Experience operating in high‑growth, entrepreneurial, and rapidly evolving environments, with comfort navigating ambiguity and a strong execution focus
  • Excellent prioritization, executive‑level decision‑making, and structured problem‑solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives with strong stakeholder influence and leadership without formal authority
  • Strong change and transformation mindset with excellence communication and organizational alignment skills
  • Ability to balance speed, flexibility, governance, and long‑term scalability
  • International or global operating experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic integration leader bridging entrepreneurial business growth in North America with the company’s scalable core platforms and capabilities
  • Enable rapid expansion across markets and new business lines by balancing speed, scalability, operational rigor, and governance while adapting integration approaches based on business maturity and market needs
  • Partner closely with new business lines and North America Leadership to translate evolving commercial and business priorities into clear, prioritized, and scalable capability roadmaps
  • Convert successful local, entrepreneurial, and business-line-specific solutions into repeatable and reusable company capabilities that support long-term platform evolution.
  • Define and deploy minimum viable operational solutions that support growth while maintaining long-term scalability
  • Manage cross functional prioritizations and decision-making aligned with global strategy, platform standards, and execution capacity, balancing trade-offs across speed, complexity, cost, and operational readiness
  • Serve as the COO’s delegated representative for scalable integration and operational alignment, aligning business line and local North America priorities with global operating principles and long-term value creation
  • Represent both business growth objectives and scalable company capabilities in day-to-day decision-making while driving end-to-end operational effectiveness across business lines and functions
  • Enable practical interim solutions that support growth while avoiding long-term fragmentation through clear ownership, scalability, and transition pathways
  • Identify and escalate structural risks, capability gaps, and prioritization conflicts while continuously assessing which capabilities should scale, standardize, evolve, or be replaced
