About The Position

The Vice President, Business Development provides executive leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives, develop partnerships, and expand market presence. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing innovative solutions to achieve organizational objectives. The Vice President collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with the organization's mission, ensuring long-term sustainability and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
  • More than 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, or related roles required
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business development strategies, market analysis, and partnership development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to evaluate opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills to establish partnerships and drive collaborative initiatives.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and business case development.
  • Proficient in strategic planning, negotiation, and market analysis.
  • Strong presentation skills and executive presence.

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes strategic business development plans, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Establishes and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community partners, and industry leaders.
  • Analyzes market trends, competitive landscapes, and organizational performance to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborates with leadership to develop and implement initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance market positioning.
  • Leads negotiations for strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
  • Oversees the development of business cases and feasibility studies to evaluate potential opportunities.
  • Monitors and reports on the performance of business development initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
