About The Position

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Responsible for overseeing quality of outsourced functions in accordance with SLD. Handles client engagement and supports client meetings. Provides recovery support for offshore functions and retains knowledge of offshored functions to enable business recovery. Identifies and supports service improvement opportunities, technology engagement, and new business engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Nice To Haves

7-10 years of total relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Overseeing quality of outsourced functions in accordance with SLD.
Handling client engagement and supporting client meetings.
Providing recovery support for offshore functions and retaining knowledge of offshored functions to enable business recovery.
Identifying and supporting service improvement opportunities, technology engagement, and new business engagement.
Serving as a subject matter expert and conducting research to gather information on the most complex, multi-faceted transactions.
Providing answers to complex inquiries that have been escalated.
Exercising own judgment and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to resolve reconciliations of accounts for the most complex or atypical transactions.
Reviewing/approving work of junior team members.
Providing training to outsourced teams around new products.
Acting as SME to support Product in defining service offering.
Providing/reviewing MIS/KRI/KPIs as required.
Providing guidance to less experienced Middle Office staff as needed.
Tasked with Team Lead responsibilities.
