Requirements

• University graduate with three to five years relevant experience in a Fund Services role, or a similar operational role within financial services.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel and data management skills.
• Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and able to work independently, and work well under pressure.
• Very strong analytical skills, with a high degree of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency, ability to multi-task and excellent organizational, prioritization and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in alternative investments or fund investments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Vice President, the successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day operational support of our institutional clients.
• Overseeing all aspects of portfolio accounting and performance, as well as process analysis and re-engineering.
• Being central to the client relationship management.
• Providing guidance, training and technical assistance to the team of analysts, as well as other members of the Maples Group where necessary.
• Demonstrate keen awareness of industry and technology.
• Work with internal and external parties to resolve issues and further develop bespoke client solutions.
