About The Position

Join Alight as the Vice President of Marketing Analytics and Systems, a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for architecting the operational, analytical, and go-to-market (GTM) foundation that enables scalable, data-driven growth within an enterprise health services technology environment. This role involves operating in ambiguity, defining business strategy based on insights, and leading from the front with an AI-first mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Experience in regulated or healthcare-related industries preferred.
  • Work authorization that does not, now or in the future, require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the Employing Country and with Alight.

Responsibilities

  • Build a unified marketing analytics program with reproducible reporting, automated dashboards, forecasting models, and KPI frameworks for real-time information distribution.
  • Deliver executive-level insights influencing strategy and investment decisions.
  • Lead TAM, market structure, and whitespace analyses to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Translate insights into actionable product and GTM recommendations.
  • Oversee/Manage/Architect end-to-end GTM systems including funnel design, lifecycle workflows, qualification frameworks, and enablement paths.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, FP&A, and Customer Success to ensure lifecycle alignment.
  • Own and evolve the marketing technology stack to ensure scalability, data integrity, compliance, and seamless system integration.
  • Establish operational frameworks, governance models, and performance management processes to support predictable revenue growth.
  • Lead attribution strategy, funnel analytics, and marketing performance measurement across all channels and segments.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive win/loss program.
  • Present insights to senior leadership and drive alignment on actions.
  • Partner with Product and Finance to support pricing architecture and monetization strategy.
  • Support offer experiments and scenario modeling.
  • Manage, coach and lead through transformation your direct report team members.
  • Test and learn, scale and optimize using insights, technology, and tools.
