The Vice President of Growth and Systems is responsible for building and scaling Pebl’s modern growth engine across both Sales Led and Product Led motions. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that combines growth strategy, campaign execution, marketing systems, AI enablement, planning, and operational excellence; not just a Demand Generation role - focus is on revenue. This leader will own the end-to-end campaign execution, including digital and field marketing teams; along growth infrastructure, including marketing operations, data, analytics, funnel optimization, experimentation, forecasting, and systems architecture. They will partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure that Pebl’s growth engine is predictable, efficient, and scalable. This role requires a forward thinking leader who embeds AI into the foundation of growth operations. The VP of Growth and Systems will leverage AI to improve campaign performance, personalization, forecast accuracy, operational efficiency, and experimentation velocity. The goal is to use AI to empower teams, accelerate execution, and create competitive advantage, not to add unnecessary complexity.
