About The Position

The VP of Enterprise Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading the global ERP organization and enterprise platforms that serve as the operational backbone for industrial manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, distribution, finance, HR, and portfolio delivery. This role ensures ERP and related platforms are modern, reliable, scalable, secure, integrated, data-driven, and continuously improving to support global growth, operational excellence, and measurable business value creation.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in ERP, enterprise applications, manufacturing technology, or digital business platforms.
  • 10+ years leading global teams and enterprise platforms in a complex industrial manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or asset-intensive environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale ERP transformations, modernization programs, platform rationalization, acquisition integration, cloud migration, or global standardization initiatives.
  • Deep experience with one or more major ERP platforms such as SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise manufacturing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, MRP, supply chain management, procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, product costing, finance, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Experience integrating ERP with MES, PLM, warehouse technologies, supply chain systems, data platforms, reporting tools, EDI, and AI or automation capabilities.
  • Business Acumen: Extensive experience applying business concepts, tools, and processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, procurement, HR, and enterprise operations to make sound decisions aligned with enterprise priorities and measurable value creation.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Expert in analyzing complex business and technology situations, evaluating options, managing trade-offs, and making informed decisions using structured methodologies, data-driven insights, and clear business outcome criteria.

  • ERP, AI and Manufacturing Systems Management: Expert-level knowledge in managing ERP, HRIS, portfolio management, manufacturing platforms, ERP master data, integration, AI-enabled capabilities, service reliability, and platform modernization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee global ERP platforms, including SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, and related enterprise applications, that support industrial factories, manufacturing planning, production scheduling, MRP, procurement, warehouse management, distribution centers, product costing, financial operations, and global supply chain execution.
  • Ensure ERP systems are optimized for performance, reliability, scalability, cybersecurity, compliance, and regional business requirements.
  • Develop and execute the enterprise ERP strategy and roadmap, including platform rationalization, modernization, cloud migration, technical debt reduction, acquisition integration, and integration across global operations.
  • Establish ERP governance, architecture standards, decision rights, and lifecycle management practices to ensure scalable, secure, and supportable platforms.
  • Lead HRIS strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with global HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, data requirements, compliance obligations, and employee experience priorities.
  • Lead the IT portfolio management organization to ensure consistent delivery methodologies, investment governance, resource planning, benefits tracking, and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Partner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, procurement, finance, engineering, HR, and commercial leaders to translate business needs into practical, high-value technology solutions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, geographically distributed team that fosters innovation, accountability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Own ERP-enabled business capabilities required for factory planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, MRP, materials management, procurement, warehouse management, logistics visibility, order fulfillment, inventory optimization, product costing, and financial controls.
  • Establish ERP/HRIS platform data standards, master data governance, data quality practices, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve planning accuracy, process automation, operational visibility, user productivity, and decision-making across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing global IT teams, fostering a collaborative, accountable, business-oriented, and results-driven work environment.
  • Direct global teams to implement, operate, and continuously improve ERP and enterprise platform solutions that support business goals, operational performance, and strategic objectives.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions that address enterprise needs, manufacturing complexity, supply chain requirements, finance controls, and differentiated business capabilities.
  • Develop and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, service levels, and strategic partner performance to ensure value delivery, operational accountability, and support for technological growth initiatives.
  • Ensure reliable and highly available IT enterprise services using best-in-class service management practices, cybersecurity controls, compliance standards, and continuous improvement disciplines.
  • Drive enterprise-wide ERP strategy, including governance, architecture, platform rationalization, modernization, master data, analytics, integration, cloud readiness, and artificial intelligence enablement.
  • Champion continuous transformation and innovation to improve competitiveness, factory productivity, planning accuracy, inventory performance, working capital, service levels, and operational excellence.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence decisions across matrixed environments, including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, engineering, commercial, HR, and executive leadership.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contracts to ensure strategic alignment, technology roadmap fit, responsible AI adoption, service quality, risk management, and measurable value delivery.
  • Enable integration between ERP and adjacent platforms, including MES, PLM, warehouse technologies, supply chain systems, EDI, supplier collaboration tools, data platforms, reporting tools, and automation capabilities.
  • Define and track value realization metrics for ERP and enterprise platform investments, including user adoption, productivity, schedule attainment, planning accuracy, inventory turns, procurement effectiveness, order fulfillment, working capital, and financial performance.
