About The Position

The Vice President, Enterprise Applications will provide strategic leadership for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and related applications. This role will lead ERP transformation initiatives, including implementation, enhancement, optimization, and post-go-live stabilization activities. The VP will ensure Oracle Cloud capabilities are fully leveraged to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, reporting, compliance, and user experience. They will oversee ERP roadmap planning, release management, system upgrades, and adoption of emerging Oracle technologies and innovations. This position also involves partnering with various business leaders to drive enterprise-wide process transformation, champion data integrity, and ensure operational excellence across all enterprise platforms. Additionally, the VP will build and lead high-performing enterprise application teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise applications, ERP, and business technology transformation.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, global enterprise application organizations.
  • Demonstrated leadership of at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation from strategy, design, and deployment through successful go-live and stabilization.
  • Deep expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, Manufacturing, Projects, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, data management, analytics, governance, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and digital transformation practices.
  • Experience managing large budgets, global teams, and complex technology vendor relationships, preferably throughout ERP transformation programs.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational change management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Manufacturing, industrial, specialty chemical, or other asset-intensive experience preferred.
  • Global ERP transformations exceeding $10 million in project value preferred.
  • Experience establishing, managing, and optimizing a Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationship supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including application support, enhancements, release management, and service-level governance preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI, machine learning, robotic process automation (RPA), and advanced analytics to improve business performance preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise applications strategy aligned with corporate objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology-enabled business transformation opportunities.
  • Establish enterprise application governance, portfolio management, and prioritization processes to ensure investments deliver measurable business value.
  • Drive standardization, simplification, and optimization of enterprise business processes.
  • Provide strategic leadership for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and related applications.
  • Lead ERP transformation initiatives, including implementation, enhancement, optimization, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
  • Ensure Oracle Cloud capabilities are fully leveraged to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, reporting, compliance, and user experience.
  • Oversee ERP roadmap planning, release management, system upgrades, and adoption of emerging Oracle technologies and innovations.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and Operations leaders to identify opportunities to improve processes and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives supported by modern cloud technologies, automation, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics.
  • Champion data integrity, business intelligence, and enterprise reporting capabilities that support informed decision-making.
  • Oversee application support, service delivery, system performance, availability, and user satisfaction across all enterprise platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, vendor contracts, licensing, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Build, develop, and retain high-performing enterprise application teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Lead succession planning, talent development, and organizational capability building across the applications organization.
