About The Position

The Vice President, Instruction Capture Client Event Manager joins Fund and Investor Solutions in Lake Mary. The role represents Instruction Capture in client engagements as a subject matter expert, with a focus on fund processing, including orders, baskets, and lifecycle events. It develops and maintains standardized Instruction Capture offering materials and client documentation, including due diligence content, and advocates for scalable, controlled, STP-aligned workflows in client discussions and solution design. The role also partners with clients and internal stakeholders to support onboarding, event readiness, and operating model optimization.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Financial Services.
• Deep expertise in Instruction Capture, Fund Accounting, or related operational and client service domains.
• Strong experience with front-to-back trade lifecycle processes, from execution through capture, enrichment, and downstream processing.
• Strong experience with ETF or Mutual Fund lifecycle, including orders, baskets, NAV impact, and processing flows.
• Strong experience in client service and fund accounting and operations.
• Demonstrated success with client onboarding and fund lifecycle events.
• Understanding of operational risk, controls, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with Operations, Relationship Management, and external clients.
