We are searching for a dynamic and experienced human resources professional to lead Human Resources in support of the newly formed Fidelity Wealth Customer Insights and Offerings (CIO) organization. Working from our Boston office, you will use your strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute human capital strategies to help shape the organization, drive business results and prepare the workforce of the future. You will work closely with business leaders to provide HR services, including recruiting, manager engagement, associate development, and performance management, and will collaborate with Fidelity HR SMEs who support compensation, benefits, employee relations and HR operations. One HR Director will report to you, and you will partner closely with an HR Talent Partner. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong focus on internal client engagement and satisfaction, thinks strategically and pragmatically, is a creative problem-solver, works independently and effectively prioritizes, and possesses strong analytical skills and exceptional communication skills. This is an exciting role for an experienced HR professional interested in partnering across a diverse organization. The role will collaborate closely with the Head of CIO and key leaders to shape the organizational structure and operating model for the newly formed organization, including leadership team development and supporting change management initiatives, and will establish HR practices to ensure scalability and operational efficiency and drive growth.
