About The Position

The Global HR Operations Leader will lead and evolve Broadridge’s human resources and talent acquisition operations into a technology-first service delivery function serving corporate and regional needs. The role supports a fast-growing associate population across North America, EMEA, and APAC, in an organization spanning more than 35 countries. It requires setting direction amid ambiguity while remaining closely involved in execution and collaborating effectively across a matrixed, multi-regional organization. The position is responsible for a globally integrated and scalable service delivery model, continuous process optimization and standardization, and the use of automation, AI, and self-service to reduce manual work and improve service. It also establishes metrics and dashboards to monitor service effectiveness, quality, efficiency, cost, and associate experience, and uses data to identify root causes and drive improvement plans. The leader builds partnerships with regional and enterprise stakeholders, maintains operational documentation and compliance, oversees HR lifecycle processes from pre-hire through offboarding, and leads a geographically dispersed team of approximately 20 associates, including 3 direct reports and 17 indirect and matrixed team members. The role also supports acquisition-related onboarding, orientation, integration, and other special initiatives. It is a hybrid position requiring 1–3 days onsite and occasional travel.
