About The Position

This role is responsible for designing and implementing the end-to-end post-production pipeline, including ingest, editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, approval, and final delivery. It involves establishing platform-specific delivery specifications for various digital platforms and building standardized workflows for quality and scale. The position also leads the implementation and management of enterprise DAM/MAM/PAM systems, defining metadata standards and building an IP lifecycle framework. A key focus is partnering with AI teams to implement automation across the post-production pipeline, particularly for social re-cuts, caption generation, thumbnail creation, and reformatting. The role involves building and managing a global freelance production services network, establishing SLAs, rate cards, and quality benchmarks, while managing the production services budget and vendor relationships. Additionally, it requires implementing quality control checkpoints, managing rights clearance, music licensing, talent release tracking, and FTC compliance. The role oversees a dual-hub production model (NYC and London) to provide 24/5 global operations, establishing handoff protocols, shared project management systems, and unified quality standards.
