About The Position

This role is responsible for designing and implementing the end-to-end post-production pipeline, including ingest, editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, approval, and final delivery. It also involves establishing platform-specific delivery specifications, building standardized workflows, leading the implementation and management of enterprise DAM/MAM/PAM systems, defining metadata standards, and building the IP lifecycle framework. The position will partner with AI teams to implement automation touchpoints, track efficiency gains, and convert long-form content into multiple shorter assets. Additionally, it includes building and managing a global freelance production services network, establishing service-level agreements, rate cards, and quality benchmarks, and managing the production services budget. The role also entails implementing quality control checkpoints, managing rights clearance, music licensing, talent release tracking, and FTC compliance. Finally, it involves designing and operating a dual-hub production model (NYC and London) to provide global coverage across time zones, establishing handoff protocols, and building an operational rhythm for seamless work transfer between hubs.
