The Vice President of Finance is a key strategic leader who partners closely with the Chief Financial Officer to drive Goodwill Southeast Georgia’s financial vision, strengthen operational excellence, and ensure long-term fiscal health. This role oversees all financial planning, reporting, accounting, and treasury functions while supporting executive leadership with data-driven insights that guide strategic decision-making and organizational growth. As the leader of the accounting function, the Vice President of Finance ensures strong financial controls, scalable systems, and a high-performing team that delivers accurate, timely, and actionable financial information. This role serves as the primary backup to the CFO and is a critical part of the organization’s long-term succession planning, building leadership capability and organizational knowledge to support future advancement.
