About The Position

The Vice President, Finance is responsible for leading the Financial Planning and Analysis and Treasury functions. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual who demonstrates a passion for driving results. They will provide hands-on leadership, implementing best practices, business policies, and internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure excellence in all facets of financial operations. They will be a strategic business partner to the CFO and highly visible thought leader to the entire executive team. They must be a collaborative problem-solver, who not only understands the numbers but also the broader business context around them. To be successful this individual must be able to communicate effectively across multiple teams as well as with members of senior leadership to provide critical information and partnership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
• 10+ years of finance and leadership experience
• Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and analysis
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• MBA or CPA preferred
• Restaurant industry experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business growth and profitability
• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, bridging company strategy to operational tactics and financial outcomes
• Provide insights into market trends and internal metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive financial discipline across the organization by working closely with leaders to provide visibility and hold teams accountable
• Oversee cash management and banking activities for the company
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving for efficiency and scalability
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team to foster excellence, accountability, collaboration and transparency
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including our parent company, financial institutions, and key vendors
