This role is responsible for the strategic allocation and methodology design for how shared platform costs (Executive, IT, HR, CLO/Legal) are allocated across independent balance sheets. The position involves driver-based modeling to transform static overhead into a dynamic, transparent service catalog, ensuring capital structure integrity and alignment with debt structures. The role also serves as a strategic business partner for the Pillar strategy, acting as a financial liaison, educating leadership on service charge profiles, and optimizing shared resource utilization. Conflict resolution for allocation queries and performance analysis of "unit cost" for HoldCo services are key aspects. Additionally, the role leads the annual budgeting process for Shared Service units, provides executive visibility into the ROI of centralized functions, and partners with Controller and Tax teams to provide the commercial narrative for reporting.
