Perform monthly and annual reporting and data reconciliation/mining to manage certain stages of the global equity plan lifecycle, including the grant of annual and off-cycle awards. Perform population analysis for year-end stock plan administration processes, including determining grant structures and system setup, monitoring equity restrictions, and administering delivery of shares. Apply design changes to equity plans based on complex global financial, regulatory, legal and tax considerations. Develop monthly and quarterly reporting based on data analysis performed to determine equity treatment for terminated employees, including collating final decisions for senior management approval. Document and analyze information related to the impact of Goldman Sachs acquisitions or divestitures on equity compensation. Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency, minimize risk, streamline processes, and prioritize system fixes with Engineering teams and external vendors. Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members and work closely with equity compensation team and stakeholders to foster professional growth and career development.
