About The Position

SMArtX Advisory Solutions, a rapidly growing financial technology firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a driven and experienced sales leader to identify, source, qualify, and develop new enterprise sales opportunities within targeted markets and prospective wealth firms. The VP of Enterprise Sales will play a critical role in expanding SMArtX's footprint across the wealth management landscape — including Enterprise RIA firms, broker-dealers, TAMPs, and other financial institutions. This role requires a hands-on salesperson who can build a scalable, repeatable sales process while navigating complex organizations and long sales cycles. Familiarity with growth-stage organizations and a passion for financial technology are essential for success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology, preferably within a SaaS firm serving the Wealth Management industry.
  • Proven track record of success in an enterprise sales role, with demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong ability to quickly assess prospect needs and map them to SMArtX's value proposition, platform capabilities, and workflow solutions.
  • Familiarity with Unified Managed Accounts (UMAs), Managed Portfolio Solutions, and the broader FinTech ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce); disciplined approach to pipeline management and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — written, verbal, and in executive-level settings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exceptional multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a high sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to capture opportunities across targeted wealth management markets.
  • Engage in ongoing market research to identify prospective firms, key decision-makers, and generate interest in SMArtX solutions.
  • Facilitate the full sales cycle — from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with prospects and key stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Deliver compelling platform demonstrations and tailored presentations that align with prospect goals and challenges.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and evolving market demands to sharpen SMArtX's competitive positioning.
  • Actively and consistently leverage the CRM and full suite of sales enablement tools; maintain accurate pipeline reporting and executive visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless prospect-to-client transition.
  • Travel as needed to support sales activities and client engagement.
