The isolved Network is a unique partner channel of human resource outsourcing (HRO) firms, including administrative service organizations (ASOs), professional employer organizations (PEOs), payroll bureaus, accounting firms, and CPAs. These partners use isolved's People Cloud HCM technology as the foundation for providing their services and growing their businesses. isolved Network partners commit to moving and standardizing their entire book of business on isolved People Cloud. In return, they (and their customers) benefit from an easy-to-use platform they can trust and generous margins that allow them to scale profitably. The Enterprise Partner Sales Vice President (VP) is accountable for their sales team's performance, achievement of sales goals, and alignment with agreed sales objectives. The VP leads, manages, and actively engages in the field with a team of Account Executives (AEs) responsible for developing HRO opportunities. With significant marketing support and strong partner references, these AEs engage with the owners and executive leaders of target organizations to win six- and seven-figure multi-year committed contracts. The VP must be comfortable with an enterprise, solution-selling sales motion. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), the VP collaborates closely to align the sales team's objectives with overall business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning and the execution of enterprise bookings growth initiatives.
