The Division Leader serves as the strategic and operational leader of Vantage Point, YouthVantage Alliance's line of service dedicated to helping boys and young men develop vision, resilience, leadership, and future-ready skills through mentorship, meaningful experiences, and community connection. Reporting to The YouthVantage Alliance's Sr. Vice President, Youth Development & Impact, the Division Leader is responsible for leading the growth and implementation of the Vantage Point division across schools, community settings, out-of-school-time programs, and summer experiences with a program focus on workforce readiness, STEM, and leadership and character development. In the early stages of the role, there will be a strong emphasis on program and partnership development; over time, the position will transition toward leading a robust and growing mission for boys and young men across the county. An entrepreneurial and collaborative professional who is equally comfortable developing strategy, building partnerships, leading teams, guiding program implementation, engaging funders, representing the division throughout the community, and stepping into programs when needed to support quality, model expectations, or help launch new initiatives. This position plays a critical role in expanding YouthVantage Alliance's cradle-to-career ecosystem and establishing Vantage Point as a leading resource for boys and young men.
