About The Position

Strategic Operations is a dedicated function within Private Assets at Citco. This team brings transformation delivery, project execution, business analysis, operational initiatives, and implementation support into one cohesive unit. It aims to reduce the delivery burden on Business As Usual (BAU) Operations and maintain ownership from the design phase through to adoption. The group is structured into three distinct focus areas, all reporting under two individual leaders. The 'Digital Workflow, Automation & AI' area, led by the Technology, Data & Delivery leader, is responsible for identifying and delivering workflow, automation, and AI opportunities. This includes establishing appropriate controls and measuring the realization of expected benefits. This group collaborates closely with Operations, the Transformation Office, IT, Tactical Operations, and Marquee Client teams. Roles within this area can be permanent or approximately 12-month rotational assignments based in strategic locations. Rotational colleagues join from the business to help shape and deliver change, gaining broader project experience before returning to their original roles.
