About The Position

The Vice President, Digital Media Sales will build and lead a revenue team to deliver on the brand integration opportunities within the EA College Football video game. This role is responsible for developing high-value partnerships, managing key accounts, and driving innovative, data-driven partnership strategies. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital media sales, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to lead consultative sales efforts in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in digital media or advertising sales, with a proven record of building teams and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic, CTV, social, video, display, and performance marketing.
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers at brands and media agencies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentorship capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Build and mentor a team to sell and deliver assets in the EA College Football Game
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital and brand integration strategies that align with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Leverage market insights and analytics to build customized proposals that solve client challenges and drive ROI.
  • Innovate to identify and expand inventory within the assigned platform.
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with enterprise-level advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Own the sales pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue goals.
  • Stay at the forefront of digital trends, ad technologies, and measurement tools to position the company as a market leader.
  • Proactively manage account renewals and upsells by delivering exceptional service and demonstrable campaign results.
