About The Position

Pfizer is seeking a Vice President of Digital Finance to lead its global Digital Finance Creation Center and deliver the Enterprise Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting (PBF) transformation. PBF replaces the current bottom-up forecasting process with an AI-native, unbiased and explainable P&L forecast covering Pfizer revenue, standard cost of goods sold, clinical trial spending and colleague compensation. The role sets the direction for Pfizer’s digital finance ecosystem and owns the finance platforms, data foundation and delivery partners supporting planning and close activities. The digital finance portfolio includes PBF, Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), consolidation and close, external reporting and investor relations, controllership, gross-to-net (GTN), tax and treasury, and the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform. The executive is accountable for platform stability, performance, SOX controls, audit readiness and responsible AI governance. The role also directs strategic vendors and delivery partners, manages Digital Finance and PBF budgets, and leads a global organization of senior directors, teams, matrixed workstream leads and contracted resources. The position works with SVP- and EVP-level leaders across Finance, Commercial, Global Product Supply (PGS), R&D and Digital, as well as the executive ATC forum. It is a hybrid role, may require travel up to 20%, and may involve night and weekend work around PBF releases, quarter- and year-end close, LE and OPN cycles, and SOX audit windows. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
