About The Position

Pfizer is seeking a Vice President of Digital Finance to lead its global Digital Finance Creation Center and deliver the enterprise Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting (PBF) transformation. The program replaces the existing bottom-up forecasting process with an AI-native, unbiased, explainable P&L forecast covering revenue, standard cost of goods sold, clinical trial spend, and compensation. The role sets the direction for Pfizer’s digital finance ecosystem and owns the platforms and shared data foundation supporting planning, close, reporting, and related finance processes. The executive is accountable for Oracle EPM, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service, and Enterprise Data Management; the gross-to-net application; Global FP&A delivery and support; and controller, external reporting, tax, and treasury solutions.
