About The Position

Fidelity Philanthropic Services is seeking a Vice President of Data Enablement, Governance & Quality to lead the evolution of our data program. This highly visible leadership role will shape how data is understood, managed, and leveraged across the organization while building a culture that recognizes data as a critical business asset. You will partner with senior leaders across business and technology functions to establish long-term strategies, influence organizational change, and create the governance, stewardship, security, and quality practices needed to support future growth, innovation, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities.

Requirements

Combination of strategic leadership, data management expertise, and organizational influence.
Experience building programs, developing strong partnerships, and creating alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Comfort operating in ambiguity.
Demonstrated success transforming developing or fragmented capabilities into sustainable enterprise programs.
Significant experience leading enterprise data management, governance, stewardship, quality, or data enablement initiatives within a complex organization.
Proven success influencing senior leaders and driving organizational adoption without relying solely on formal authority.
Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, including cloud-based platforms, analytics environments, metadata management, and emerging AI-related data requirements.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to engage audiences ranging from technical teams to executive leadership.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Financial services experience and familiarity with regulatory and risk management considerations are beneficial.

Define meaningful KPIs and reporting that measure program effectiveness, adoption, and business value.
Lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and professional growth.
Navigate and participate in Enterprise level initiatives, programs and working groups; distilling enterprise level expectations to specific areas of responsibility.
Create momentum, establish credibility, and build enterprise capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.
