Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • End-to-end product/platform delivery experience (front-office adjacent preferred): operating model design, workflow buildout, tooling implementation, controls-by-design, rollout/change adoption.
  • Project/program management experience delivering across Technology/Operations/Risk/Compliance
  • Credit markets experience (trading, sales/trader assistant, desk strategy/analytics, portfolio trading support) with understanding of cash and derivative credit products
  • Corporate & Investment banking experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Trading and Sales leadership and the Credit COO team to drive key deliveries end-to-end, especially within systematic / algo trading, portfolio trading, and macro credit products.
  • Lead business initiatives and buildouts: define scope, identify investment needs, prioritize across competing demands, manage timelines, and coordinate dependencies across functions.
  • Serve as the liaison between the business and support partners, driving accountability and ensuring execution across internal functions supporting the desks.
  • Own multiple workstreams and cross-functional outcomes and influence prioritization decisions with desk leadership and technology
  • Identify and execute opportunities to increase efficiencies in how the desks operate and how the COO function delivers
  • Build and deliver clear, decision-useful analysis and materials for leadership (PowerPoint/Excel), including operating metrics, initiative status, risks/issues, and business performance support.
