Famehouse is seeking a Vice President of Content Production, reporting into the SVP of Digital Creative Services. This senior leader will build and oversee a world-class content team spanning photography, video, live-streaming, and post-production, helping shape the future of D2C E-commerce and fan engagement through premium creative output. The Content Production team is responsible for producing a diverse slate of deliverables, from high-volume product and campaign assets to social content, premium VOD, and live broadcasts. This leader will establish scalable systems and a full production infrastructure, including a major East Coast facility, ensuring creative excellence, operational rigor, and fiscal accountability across all workstreams. The VP will lead a team of Content Creative Directors responsible for developing and executing world-class photo, video, and live content. This team partners directly with Project Creative Directors and the Design & Direction group to ensure all produced content aligns with the overarching creative vision, meets the highest quality standards, and delivers on partner and artist objectives. This team pillar is the operational and logistical foundation that enables the creative vision to thrive. The right candidate will be an expert in information management, proactive problem solving, and production leadership, ensuring the team delivers its best work, on time, on budget, and on brand.
