About The Position

The Vice President - Client Engagement will own and grow strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders across P&C Insurance. This role involves driving account growth through consultative selling, solutioning, proactive propositions, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities. The position requires strong P&C domain leadership across Underwriting, Claims, Policy, Distribution, and Insurance Operations. The individual will partner with clients on data modernization, cloud transformation, analytics, GenAI/Agentic AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include leading large-scale engagements from solution definition through delivery, ensuring business outcomes and client satisfaction. Collaboration with sales, consulting, technology, and delivery teams is essential for developing differentiated insurance solutions and proposals. Additionally, the role involves building practice capabilities, reusable offerings, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategies for the P&C Insurance portfolio.

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Nice To Haves

• 15+ years of experience with significant leadership experience in the P&C Insurance / Insurance Consulting domain.
• Strong track record in client engagement, account growth, consulting, solutioning, and large-program delivery.
• Strong understanding of modern insurance technology, data, cloud, analytics, and AI transformation.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
