About The Position

PartsSource is seeking a strategic, execution-minded leader to architect and scale category management methodology and supplier strategy across its Parts and Service businesses. The role leads two pillars: Supplier Network, responsible for category strategy, supplier relationships, and deal execution; and Performance Management, which provides shared methodology, scorecards, and analytics to measure supplier performance against Service, Selection, and Value commitments. The leader owns outcomes across both pillars and builds and leads a team of category managers, sourcing leads, and performance analysts as the function matures. It includes developing category and coverage strategies, optimizing parts assortment and marketplace performance, recruiting and managing suppliers, designing and negotiating deals, strengthening service delivery, and leading cross-functional work with teams across the business. It serves more than 5,000 U.S. hospitals and 15,000 clinical sites and employs more than 700 employees nationwide. The company offers a hybrid culture and states that legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
