Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent combination of relevant experience
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • 7+ years managing teams and driving operational success
  • Community association or related industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles (GAAP)
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership and oversight of daily branch operations
  • Drive performance against key goals, KPIs, and growth initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on strategic planning, business development, and expansion opportunities
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal health
  • Lead and develop high-performing management teams
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendor partners
  • Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence
