About The Position

Lead the design, governance, and execution of the change for Contract Logistics in North America and LATAM —ensuring successful adoption and value realization for client implementations, WMS application upgrades, migrations, delivery and ongoing support, CIP Program deployments and adoption, operations support, implementation and ongoing CIP engineering, safety, security, quality and sustainability as well as ongoing strategic initiatives. Chairs a BCM standardization focus area globally as head of a cross-regional BCM steering committee establishing annual program focus areas, targets and coordinates progress across regions. The role champions DSV’s Enterprise grade services and orchestrates all BCM functional areas to deliver standardized, scalable change that accelerates operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a supply chain (warehouse/4walls) role with extensive experience in: New Business Implementations, Driving Continual Improvement and Financial Savings in Operations
• Prior leadership positions directing Senior Leaders
• Direct report and indirect management.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• English (reading, writing, verbal), Spanish highly desired
• Interpersonal communication and language skills (e.g., listening to others, speaking to others, reading, writing).
• Communication (facilitation skills and very mature communication skills to be able to communicate to all levels in the organization).

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas change portfolio for strategic programs and client implementations, including mandatory migration programs and priority initiatives (e.g., DC migrations, client system integrations, Americas RP/Cargowrite upgrades).
• Land the WMS transition strategy and related roadmaps across the Americas, coordinating with global owners and local country teams to sequence cutovers and mitigate operational risk.
• Run Americas BCM forums, project boards where necessary, and performance reviews; ensure alignment with Division governance and country execution rhythms.
• Oversee Canada and LATAM BCM teams to ensure consistent use of best practice across BCM functional areas (Project Management & Training; Application & Integration; CIP & Process Optimisation; Process Engineering; Operations & Launch Support, S3HQ) and maintain direct reporting line oversight of the US country team to drive consistent standards and outcomes.
• Adapt global methods, communications, training, and readiness approaches to the Americas languages, cultures, and regulations while protecting global standards and success measures.
• Champion DSV’s (CL) Enterprise grade services and standards —drive CLPA and enterprise baseline disciplines and integrate with all 6 functional areas.
• Co-develop and enforce global BCM standards, artifacts, and KPIs across regions; align with enterprise frameworks.
• Ensure seamless handoffs across BCM functional areas (PM & Training, Apps & Integration, CIP, Process Engineering, S3HQ), with clear R&R and escalation paths.
• Maintain an accurate, risk-aware view of the change portfolio, resourcing, and benefits tracking; feed division-level governance with status, risk/issue, and value realization narratives.
• Work with regional BCM heads (APAC, Europe, MEA) to share lessons learned, share resources, and synchronize approaches for global clients and cross-border rollouts.
• Lead Divisional objectives within the region and manage stakeholders, change impacts, and integrated change plans tied to centralised project/program lifecycles.
• Craft executive narratives, country toolkits, FAQs, and leader briefing aligned to the Americas needs and global messaging.
• Drive disciplined reporting (schedule, budget, scope, quality, adoption) across the Americas change portfolio and escalate risks/issues appropriately.
• Harvest lessons learned across projects and regions; refresh standards and templates; mentor BCM Leads.
