The Vice President for B2B Growth & Thought Leadership Marketing in Stock Plan Services (SPS) is responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies that drive engagement, consideration and lead generation in support of client acquisition, development and retention goals. This role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing, including thought leadership & content marketing, digital engagement, demand generation and events that position SPS as a leader in the market. You will lead a dedicated marketing team within our broader SPS marketing organization and collaborate closely with sales, relationship management, product and thought leadership partners on program strategy, design and execution. You and your team will use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance of marketing-driven initiatives and identify marketing opportunities. As a member of the SPS Marketing, Communications & Insights leadership team you will work closely with peers to determine strategic focus areas & priorities, coach and support the professional development your direct reports, and model “one team” culture.
