About The Position

Seeking an accomplished Vice President / Chief Financial Officer (VP/CFO) to join an executive leadership team at a premier gaming and hospitality organization. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the financial strategy of a diversified enterprise that includes a casino resort, luxury hotel, and entertainment venue while making a meaningful impact on the surrounding community. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the VP/CFO will serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Directors, overseeing enterprise-wide financial operations, capital planning, forecasting, regulatory compliance, and long-term business strategy. The ideal candidate combines executive-level financial leadership with a collaborative leadership style and the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple business units.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years in a CFO, Controller, or senior executive finance role
Experience overseeing complex, multi-entity financial operations
Proven success with strategic planning, capital projects, board reporting, and executive leadership
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
Excellent communication, analytical, and executive presentation skills

Nice To Haves

CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
Gaming, hospitality, resort, casino, or multi-property experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior financial leader and strategic business partner to the CEO and Board of Directors
Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-range capital strategy
Oversee accounting, treasury, financial reporting, internal controls, and cash management
Provide financial modeling and performance analysis to support executive decision-making
Direct annual operating budgets and multi-year capital planning initiatives
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, audit, tax, and financial reporting requirements
Manage banking relationships, financing, insurance programs, and enterprise risk management
Partner with operational leadership to improve profitability and optimize financial performance
Lead and develop a high-performing finance, accounting, and technology support team
Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, reporting processes, and organizational performance
