About The Position

State Street is seeking a Vice President to develop and coordinate the go-to-market approach for its enterprise AI story. The role identifies and prioritizes paid, earned and owned opportunities to strengthen State Street’s market profile and demonstrate the client value of its AI advancements. Working in partnership with Corporate Communications, Thought Leadership, Brand, Digital Marketing, Events and business-aligned marketing teams, the role connects AI stories across the enterprise and brings them to market through campaigns, executive platforms, market activations, client case studies and sales enablement. Success depends on partnership, influence and alignment rather than direct ownership of all AI-related activity. The role will communicate how State Street is scaling applied AI, embedding intelligent capabilities into client-facing products and platforms, addressing real client problems, and advancing innovation with accountability, governance and trust. The position develops an enterprise AI marketing roadmap across businesses, regions and client segments; identifies differentiated market opportunities and client-benefit stories; and coordinates paid, earned and owned activations. It works with senior stakeholders across Technology, Product and business lines to align priorities, proof points and plans, while coordinating specialist teams without duplicating their responsibilities. The role also connects AI stories across products, platforms, services and operations, maintains a view of launches, use cases and upcoming opportunities, and builds a coherent enterprise story while preserving business-line relevance. The role requires at least five years of relevant B2B marketing, go-to-market, industry marketing, integrated marketing or strategic communications experience, experience in a complex B2B environment, and strong strategy, storytelling, stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience promoting AI or technology capabilities, supporting executive positioning or major market activations, global marketing, and familiarity with responsible AI in regulated industries are preferred.
