CAMBA is a community organization dedicated to building an inclusive New York City by providing resources and support for individuals and families to thrive. With over 180 integrated programs across various sectors including Education & Youth Development, Family Support, Job Training & Employment Support Services, Health, Housing, and Legal Services, CAMBA reaches nearly 80,000 individuals and families annually. The organization serves a diverse population, with a significant portion being immigrants and refugees, and over 85% of families living in poverty. This specific role is within the Agency’s Office of General Counsel. The Vice President, Agency Compliance will report at least monthly to the Agency’s CEO/President and quarterly to the Compliance Committee of the Agency’s Board of Directors regarding agency-wide risk assessment matters. The position is responsible for ensuring effective monitoring of program operations and service delivery from legal, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance perspectives. This includes collaborating with management, documenting compliance, initiating agency-wide risk assessments, and developing quality improvement plans.
