Activities Assistant - Per Diem
About The Position
Brightview Senior Living's Vibrant Living Assistants help residents live active, vibrant lives. The role involves getting to know residents and helping plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming that supports residents' engagement and fulfillment. The assistant promotes upcoming community events, participates in and helps organize activities, and uses social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily events. Employees who are at least 21 may occasionally drive a company vehicle to transport residents to and from events. The position also helps set up and break down events and activities.
Requirements
- Quickly connect with people and enjoy learning about them.
- Have an active driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities
- Get to know residents to support the planning and implementation of engaging spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming.
- Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
- Participate in, organize, and help run activities such as games, painting, singing, and music.
- Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities.
- For employees age 21 or older, occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
- Set up and break down events and activities.
