About The Position

MVH - Augusta is seeking an Activities Aide to provide meaningful activities to residents. The role works collaboratively with the Activities Supervisor to maintain a steady flow of activities designed to support residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being. This is a per diem opportunity, primarily during the day, with occasional evenings for events.

Requirements

• Must be able to direct small and large group activities, including directing volunteers in the provision of quality services to residents.
• Must have an interest in activities and working with geriatric individuals.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills.
